LES DROGUÉS DE LA NUIT

Corrigé en 2022

 

Souvent ils souffrent d’insomnie

Et se promènent dans la nuit.

Le nez qui coule et yeux vitreux,

Ils ne seront jamais heureux.

 

C’est trop frappant, regard rougi,

Par l’angoisse, sont envahis.

Toussotements, perte de poids,

Ils semblent parfois aux abois.

 

Un teint anormalement pâle,

Ce n’est pas là le principal.

Dépression, grande solitude

Et une drôle d’attitude.

 

Sautes d’humeur inexpliquées,

Manigances inappropriées.

Constat d’un manque d’énergie,

Égoïsme au long de la vie.

 

Avertissement aux enfants

D’éviter ce monde étouffant.

Pour s’en sortir il faut connaître

Un enfer avant de renaître.

 

C’est possible bien entendu,

Des douteurs seront confondus,

De quitter ce trop lourd milieu

Peut-être avec l’aide de Dieu ?

THE JUNKIES OF THE NIGHT
Revised 2022

Very often they suffer from insomnia
And wander late into the night.
Runny noses, glassy eyes,
No! They’ll never be happy.

Drooping eyelids and reddened eyes,
By anguish, are invaded.
Coughing and weight loss,
They sometimes seem to be at a loss.

An abnormally pale complexion
But that’s not the main thing.
Depression and loneliness
With a strange attitude.

Unexplained mood swings,
Inappropriate behavior.
A severe lack of energy,
Selfishness throughout life.

Warning to our children:
Avoid this stifling world,
Because to get out you have to know
A hard hell before being reborn.

Yes, of course it’s possible,
Skeptics will be confounded,
You can leave this heavy environment
Asking your God for help?
