- Si l’enfant est souvent critiqué, il apprendra à condamner;
- Si l’enfant est souvent félicité, il apprendra à complimenter;
- Si l’enfant vit dans un climat d’hostilité, il apprendra à être agressif;
- Si vous êtes honnête avec votre enfant, il apprendra la justice;
- Si l’enfant se sent méprisé, il apprendra à être timide;
- Si un enfant vit avec un sentiment de sécurité, il apprendra la confiance;
- Si un enfant vit entouré de honte, il apprendra à se sentir coupable;
- Si un enfant vit dans l’encouragement, il apprendra à être confiant;
- Un enfant souvent clément apprendra à être patient;
- Si un enfant vit entouré de confort et de sécurité, il apprendra à faire confiance;
- Si un enfant vit dans une atmosphère d’amitié et d’estime, il apprendra à trouver l’amour dans ce monde;
- Ne parlez pas en mal d’un enfant, ni en sa présence, ni en son absence;
- Si on estime le point de vue d’un enfant, il comprendra que ce qu’il pense a de la valeur;
- Toujours écouter et répondre à un enfant qui vous parle;
- Respecter l’enfant qui a fait une erreur, il la réparera tôt ou tard;
- Soyez disposé à aider un enfant qui est dans la recherche et à être invisible pour l’enfant qui a trouvé;
- Si un enfant sent qu’on l’accepte tel qu’il est, il s’acceptera lui-même et cherchera à se réaliser;
- Si l’enfant se sent estimé, il apprendra à se surpasser.
Maria Montessori, née le 31 août 1870 à Chiaravalle près d’Ancône dans les Marches et morte le 6 mai 1952 à Noordwijk aan Zee, est une femme médecin et pédagogue de nationalité italienne. Elle est mondialement connue pour la méthode pédagogique qui porte son nom, la pédagogie Montessori.

2) If a child is often criticized, he will learn to condemn;
3) If a child is often praised, he will learn to compliment;
4) If the child lives in a hostile environment, he’ll learn to be aggressive;
5) If you’re honest with your child, he’ll learn to be fair;
6) If a child feels scorned, he’ll learn to be shy;
7) If a child lives with a sense of security, he’ll learn to trust;
8) If a child lives surrounded by shame, he will learn to feel guilty;
9) If a child lives with encouragement, he’ll learn to be confident;
10) A child who is often lenient will learn to be patient;
11) If a child lives surrounded by comfort and security, he’ll learn to trust;
12) If a child lives in an atmosphere of friendship and esteem, he will learn to find love in this world;
13) Never speak ill of a child, neither in his presence nor in his absence;
14) If you value a child’s point of view, he’ll understand that what he thinks has value;
15) Always listen and respond to a child who speaks to you;
16) Respect a child who has made a mistake; sooner or later, he’ll make it right;
17) Be willing to help a child who is searching, and to be invisible to the child who has found;
18) If a child feels accepted as he is, he will accept himself and seek fulfillment;
19) If a child feels valued, he will learn to surpass himself.
Maria Montessori, born on August 31, 1870 in Chiaravalle near Ancona in the Marche region of Italy, and died on May 6, 1952 in Noordwijk aan Zee, was an Italian physician and educator. She is world-famous for the teaching method that bears her name, Montessori pedagogy.
