MY FREEDOM
Elder abuse
At the request of a reader
Not depending on someone
And at an opportune moment
My freedom of decision
Influences my expression.
Being able to give my opinion
By deciding my actions.
Ask for respect every day,
First criterion for love.
Children’s eyes that look at us
Linger on aggression.
To be shouted at by the head…
I walk away from the storm.
My choice not to endure
These cries too often uttered
Makes me appreciate the silence
In my life far from violence.
In my home, there is gentleness
Forbidden to all aggressors.
To protect our happiness,
Refuse the poisoners.

HAVE YOU HEARD?
Listen to the wind bring you my words
Composed after many memos.
They speak of hope, of confidence,
That the people must keep hope.
The betrayal of certain leaders
Who think only of themselves and money
Must be settled at the polls
Where you will express your disappointment.
War really isn’t necessary.
Votes, thoughts and many prayers
Will solve serious problems,
Hoping to avoid a dilemma.
The world is unstable in these painful days.
No one can claim to be infallible.
We must always go for it to learn better.
We often regret waiting too long…
