LA PAIX DANS SON ENVIRONNEMENT

Un univers où nous courons sans cesse.
Beaucoup de travail pour de la richesse.
Dans notre espace, fatigue et violence.
On ne parle pas, on garde silence.
De nombreux cris, de l’agressivité.
Parfois, on endure, docilité.
Une manipulation tous les jours…
Voilà pourquoi on se sent le cœur lourd.
Nombre de femmes ou d’hommes violentés
Qui en perdent même leur volonté
Et, sans aide, anxiété et dépression,
Ont un vécu rempli de déceptions.
Il faut rechercher la paix intérieure,
S’éloigner de ce climat batailleur.
Pensons aux enfants en tout premier lieu.
Ils méritent douceur dans leur milieu.
L’oiseau va refaire son nid ailleurs.
Pour les oisillons, un futur meilleurs.
Parfois, on touche au thème de la mort.
Pour une protection, on élabore…

PEACE IN OUR ENVIRONMENT
A world where we are constantly rushing around.
Working hard for wealth.
In our space, fatigue and violence.
We don’t talk, we remain silent.
Lots of shouting, aggression.
Sometimes we endure, docility.
Manipulation every day…
That’s why we feel heavy-hearted.
Many abused women and men
Who even lose their will to live
And, without help, anxiety and depression,
A life too full of disappointment.
We must seek inner peace,
Move away from this combative climate.
Let’s think of the children first and foremost.
They deserve gentleness in their environment.
The bird will build its nest elsewhere.
For the chicks, a better future.
Sometimes, we touch on the theme of death.
For protection, we develop…

LA PAZ EN SU ENTORNO
Un universo en el que corremos sin cesar.
Mucho trabajo por la riqueza.
En nuestro espacio, cansancio y violencia.
No hablamos, guardamos silencio.
Muchos gritos, agresividad.
A veces, soportamos, docilidad.
Manipulación todos los días…
Por eso sentimos el corazón pesado.
Muchas mujeres y hombres maltratados
Que incluso pierden su voluntad
Y, sin ayuda, ansiedad y depresión,
Una vida demasiado llena de decepciones.
Hay que buscar la paz interior,
Alejarse de este clima belicoso.
Pensemos en los niños ante todo.
Se merecen dulzura en su entorno.
El pájaro volverá a hacer su nido en otro lugar.
Para los polluelos, un futuro mejor.
A veces, se aborda el tema de la muerte.
Para protegerse, se elabora…

السلام في بيئتنا
عالم نسير فيه بلا توقف.
الكثير من العمل من أجل الثروة.
في فضاءنا، التعب والعنف.
لا نتكلم، نلتزم الصمت.
الكثير من الصراخ والعدوانية.
أحيانًا، نتحمل، نخضع.
التلاعب كل يوم…
لهذا نشعر بثقل في القلب.
العديد من النساء والرجال الذين يتعرضون للعنف
يفقدون حتى إرادتهم
وبدون مساعدة، القلق والاكتئاب،
تجربة مليئة بالخيبة.
يجب البحث عن السلام الداخلي،
الابتعاد عن هذا المناخ العدائي.
لنفكر في الأطفال أولاً.
إنهم يستحقون اللطف في بيئتهم
الطائر سيعيد بناء عشه في مكان آخر.
من أجل مستقبل أفضل للصغار.
أحيانًا، نتطرق إلى موضوع الموت.
من أجل الحماية، نضع خططًا….
